No, there is no bricks & mortar store. Portofino supplies to invited guests at private events & through this online store.
Orders are processed within 2 standard business days from the date the order was placed (excluding weekends & public holidays) & then sent through Australia Post. We use the standard service unless express post if required. Please refer to the auspost.com.au website ad delivery times are dependent on the location of the end destination. Delivery to non metropolitan areas may vary, particularly during busy periods. Please note that delivery delays due to Covid 19 & extreme weather events may be experienced.

We currently only post within Australia, for all orders from Overseas please contact us for shipping prices.
We have a simple, no fuss returns policy. You can return items up to 30 days from the purchase date, so if you need to return items for any reason here’s what to do.

If you need to exchange a size please contact us by either emailing us or ringing so that we can ensure that we have your size.
Please post the garment back by normal mail, and enclose a letter telling us what you want us to do.
We are happy to cover the price of postage to you for exchanges; however you will need to pay for the postage back to us.
All items are inspected prior to posting, however if you believe your garment has a fault, please specify this when returning it to us. We will reimburse your return postage on any faulty or incorrect items received.
We are happy to issue you with a refund in the case of a manufacturing fault.
